Shipments:

All the shipments are made by the best companies in transport by messengers.

The mail and orders only make the delivery to physical people ( is not deposited in mailboxes or in post office box).The client is responsible to guarantee the reception of orders at any time, facilitating that in the address, a responsible person who become position of the order ( hotels, residences, offices…).the place where the client are going to spend your holidays. WE ONLY SEND THE TICKETS TO SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

The bought tickets give to the client four days before bullfighting. If we can send the tickets before 4 days we report inmediatly by e-mail or telephone. In case of requesting tickets for serveral days, the date of the first event is taken like reference.


Returns:
Exchanges or refunds are not permitted.
If the clients notifie the impossibility of going we try to sell your tickets. Always before we reserve the tickets to the bullrings
In case of spectacle cancellation, the client must contact the Bullring ticket office, not having right of the return for the amount paid for the service offered by Taurocom,s.l.
